Man Utd transfer news: Gianluigi Donnarumma makes huge announcement as ultimatum issued
Manchester United's attack has been revamped following an impressive summer recruitment drive, with three new signings costing over £200million.
The acquisition of Benjamin Sesko, unveiled at Old Trafford on Saturday, means Ruben Amorim has addressed the goal shortage that plagued his team last season. With the new season rapidly approaching, it's unlikely any more new faces will join before Sunday's clash with Arsenal.
He's shone at the Amex, but given the hefty fee Brighton would likely demand, there's an understanding that any deal could be difficult to pull off. Gianluigi Donnarumma is another player who will be on the move this summer, reports the Mirror.
And here's the latest from the Red Devils.
Benjamin Sesko signing halts protest
Manchester United supporters group The 1958 has called off a planned protest. The group had intended to march against Sir Jim Ratcliffe's ownership ahead of United's opening Premier League match against Arsenal.
Their decision comes just days after Sesko joined the club in a deal potentially worth up to £74m. In early August, The 1958 revealed plans for a protest whilst arguing that "shiny new signings" shouldn't overshadow minority owner Ratcliffe's role.
But after receiving a mixed reaction to the announcement, the group decided to put the proposals to its membership. Whilst the majority of those polled believed Sir Jim and INEOS should be assessed on their achievements so far

Antony ultimatum issued
The Red Devils have delivered winger Antony an ultimatum as the Brazilian seeks to engineer a switch to Real Betis. The club have told the Brazilian winger to accept a transfer proposal this week or face the prospect of being left out in the cold at Old Trafford until January.
The La Liga outfit are keen to bring the former Ajax star back to the club but are hoping to delay until the closing stages of the transfer window to finalise a deal with United for a loan with option or obligation to purchase.
However, those at the red half of Manchester are determined to secure an exit, according to Spanish reports, and have already received bids they would consider financially acceptable whilst refusing to treat Betis as their sole option.
Gianluigi Donnarumma's future
Gianluigi Donnarumma has announced his future is away from PSG. The Champions League-winning shot stopper took to social media to bid farewell to fans.
The Italian has been linked to the Red Devils this summer, but their biggest rivals for his signature could come from local rivals Manchester City.
Donnarumma has reportedly already spoken to Pep Guardiola and his preference is the blue half of Manchester.
